We provide the following Odoo modules and services:

### 2.1 POS Worldpay Module

- **Purpose**: Point-of-sale payment processing integration

- **Functionality**:

- Provides payment information from Odoo to Worldpay/Secure Retail

- May include customer name for risk assessment

- Receives payment processing status and reference information

- **Important**: We do not process payments directly; payment processing is handled by Secure Retail and Worldpay

### 2.2 Payment Provider: Worldpay Module

- **Purpose**: E-commerce payment processing

- **Functionality**:

- Integrates Worldpay iframe for payment processing

- Provides user information to Worldpay for risk assessment

- Includes customer address information for enhanced user experience

- Receives payment success/failure notifications

- **Important**: We do not process payments directly; all payment processing occurs through Worldpay's iframe

### 2.3 Payment Provider: Worldpay Virtual Terminal Module

- **Purpose**: Phone-based payment processing

- **Functionality**:

- Generates reference numbers for payment processing

- Integrates with Worldpay dashboard Virtual Terminal

- Polls Worldpay APIs to check payment status

- May allow copying of customer address and name

- **Important**: We do not process payments directly; all processing occurs through Worldpay dashboard

## 3. Use of Services

### 3.1 General Use

a. You may only use our services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, access codes, or API keys associated with your accounts.

c. You must ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable payment processing regulations and requirements.

### 3.2 Payment Processing Responsibilities

a. **Third-Party Processing**: All actual payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Worldpay, Secure Retail). We are not responsible for the processing, security, or handling of payment transactions.

b. **Data Transmission**: We facilitate the transmission of payment-related data between your Odoo system and payment processors. We do not store or process payment card information.

c. **Compliance**: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other applicable regulations related to payment processing and data protection.

## 4. Data Handling and Privacy

### 4.1 Data Transmission

a. Our modules transmit payment-related information between your Odoo system and payment processors.

b. We may temporarily process customer information (name, address) for risk assessment and user experience enhancement.

c. We do not store payment card information or sensitive financial data.

### 4.2 Data Security

a. We implement reasonable security measures to protect data during transmission.

b. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to or from third-party payment processors.

c. You are responsible for securing your Odoo system and any data stored therein.

## 5. Subscription and Payment

### 5.1 Module Licensing

a. Our Odoo modules may be available under various licensing models (free, paid, subscription-based).

b. By using paid modules, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth in our pricing.

c. Subscription terms and renewal policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

### 5.2 Payment Terms

a. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

b. We reserve the right to modify pricing with appropriate notice.

c. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
